Have finally got to my last week and I couldn’t be happier! The extra 2 minutes at 8.15 this morning were a struggle but running at a slower pace has definitely helped me. Only 2 more runs to do - it’ll seem weird not hearing Sarah Millican’s dulcet tones in my ears I will actually miss her words of encouragement but I’m sure I’ll manage to continue without her!!!

Sarah got me through some tough weeks... every now and then I do download the app, partly to make sure I know what I’m talking about for here, but also to take her for a little run! I actually cheated on her in week 5R3 and dumped her going into week 6... but I do regret it a little! My daughter is currently redoing the plan and I’m using her runs as my easy runs/warmups now, seems a little strange though as she’s using the legend that is MJ. I occasionally take a guided run with different coaches these days... usually Nike’s Coach Bennett, so there are similar things available later if you feel the need.
You’re into your victory lap now and the crowd are stood cheering... enjoy bringing it home.
