I usually run in the evening, but went out at 9am this morning and really enjoyed it. I think evenings will still fit with my schedule better, but I definitely prefer a mid morning run. Weekend treat 😉
The 90 second sections were even easier today (there is no way I could have imagined saying that last week) and I felt in control during the 3 minute sections. Could definitely have completed a third set of each, but didn’t push my luck

Well done! I’m only just a tad in front of you, I start Week 4 tomorrow. I don’t think it’s a good idea to try and do more than the program, although it’s great that you could have carried on. I’m usually done 😀
Well done! I done the 3rd run this morning and it was ok although my pace is slowing down and I’m doing less distance but it’s ok for now just until I fininsh this and improved on the time of running!
Even took my youngest with em and she ran round aswell ha
