Week 7 coming up

I’ve seen the posts by others so will approach week 7 positively. Although I’ve ‘run’ for 25 minutes I am nowhere near covering 5k. I aim to achieve 30 minutes continuous running and then slowly build up the speed - hopefully! Being outside for this activity has helped tremendously during Coronavirus lockdown and I recommend the programme.

We’ve all needed to improve our headspace during lockdown... it’s great that you and others have discovered this particular method of doing that as it’s so good for us in many ways. Speed always pales into insignificance when up against duration and fun.

It's a great feeling being outside isn't it! I've been really enjoying a bit of time to myself to go and enjoy a run. Keep up the good work and you'll be graduating before you know it!!
