What a blast🌪

Having lived in the West of Scotland all my life, I’m pretty used to inclement weather. However Wk8 run 2 in this morning’s north easterly blast was really hard. As I turned round halfway after the bell I was nearly knocked off my feet from then it was a real slog, but did eventually finish! The final drama was a flying small tree branch which thankfully just missed me. Onwards to the end of Wk 8. 👍

Thank you and very well done to you for achieving graduation earlier. Quite an achievement. Hoping as a fellow older person in my sixties to join you soon, just another 4 runs to go.

Great job... I wonder if Under Armour could bring out a product to protect against flying tree branches... that’d really live up to their name! Wind can really mess with a run... but it’s also good resistance training. Very well done getting the job done today.
