Breathe through a scarf or a buff. So I've heard. It wasn't so cold down here in The Smoke, sunny actually so it felt warmer than the 6 degrees air temperature.

Well done 👏🏻👏🏻 it’s freezing out there this evening 🥶 so you’ve done really well to complete that run. Some runs are better than others and getting through the tougher ones is both a mental a physical challenge. You’re doing so well though 👍🏃‍♀️

🤣🤣🤣

I get the same when it is very cold. I now always wear a buff around my neck which I pull up over my mouth and nose when it is too cold. The air you breathe in is then slightly warmer, much better for your body 😊

But hey, you did it!
