An old girlfriend of mine surfaced on Facebook and contacted me. She was going on about "the good old days" but added " however, as you can see from this photo it was the 'old' days"

I messaged quite genuinely saying "Great to hear from you and will write at length later but just want to say you have hardly changed in all these years - you are still one fab chick!"

Well, we'd probably never have picked up where we left off all those years ago anyway - apart from me not weathering the years too well, the fact that her Mam still can't stand me and the five thousand miles between us anyway - bloody spell checker changing 'fab' to 'fat' without me noticing in my rush.....😫
