pins and needles

just a quickie ! does anybody else get pins and needles in their hands after a run ? am i doing something wrong ? i think i'm due my vitamin b12 jab ! could it be that ? x

It might be worth mentioning the pins and needles when you go for your jab, just to check!

I do find my hands are affected by running, they get swollen when it's warm, and very cold and stiff sometimes when it's chilly out. Certainly all of this leads to tingling sensations after the run, if not exactly pins and needles, due to the blood supply being affected. If it happens on the run I tend to give my hands a good shake and/or run for a short while with my hands above my head if they're swollen (not the easiest thing to do!) - both of these actions help a bit.
