We have finally finished Couch to 5k and have loved every minute of it! Myself and my 11 year old daughter were bored during lockdown and really wanted to improve our fitness and help with mental health issues so we signed up to do this programme and we loved it. And we ran every minute we were told to! Looking forward to carrying on and improving on our running journey! Well done to everyone...you’re doing this!!
