Woohoo - graduated......again :0)

So having graduated 2 years ago and again last summer (with no running since!) I decided during lockdown to redo the C25K programme on my treadmill. I didn’t really think that I would stick to it….but this morning I completed W9R3 and graduated. I am so proud and pleased with myself for having stuck with it and finished it.

I just need to keep motivated and keep running even though the programme is finished, unlike the previous two times…..
