Finished Week 9 Run 3 today. Have been feeling a bit sluggish this week and seem to have slowed a bit but I suppose that'll even itself out. My new goal will be to actually finish the 5k, the most I can manage in 30 minutes is 4.4k. Not sure how to pace that increase but yeah. I should focus on the graduation now. It's so strange to think how impossible I felt this would be in September!

Brilliant! Thats about the distance I made on graduation in the 30 min run. It took me 38 mins I think to run my first actual 5k, I just kept running past when Laura told me to stop to see if I could do it...and it turns out I could. Just shows you never know what you can do until you try Happy Christmas, what a great present
