I'm new here to the forum but I've already made it to Week 5 Run 2 in the programme, which I completed on the 2nd of June. Until then I managed to stick to the plan, running every other day without fail. Unfortunately, my last run ended up giving me an injury which took me over a week to recover from. I'm very disappointed it messed with my plan but I am ready to return to C25K.
I'm looking for advice on how to get on with that: should I simply pick up where I left off and do Week 5 Run 3? Should I redo Week 5? Or perhaps I should restart C25K from the very beginning?
What would you do if you were me? Any advice is very much appreciated. Cheers

Sorry about your injury, however, as you have only been off running for less than two weeks, resume where you left off but perhaps run 3 of week 5 is a bit long at 20 minutes I think you should repeat runs 1 and 2 of week 5.
Thank you for your insight! I also feel this is my best option, wouldn't be too happy to start it all over again when I've already made it halfway through
