Hi all, I started C25K & reached week 7 run 1. Then I went on holiday...I haven’t run for 3 weeks & wondered what week I should begin with? What do you think?

I would try that run again and see how you go? Then judge it from there?

Thanks, I’ll give it a go but maybe at a slower pace!

Week 7 Run 1... if you miss by a minute you’re ready for it next run... if you beat it, which I think you will, then you’re several runs ahead of where you would be if you went back a week.

Thanks for the advice & the optimism. Back on it tomorrow morning to see how I go. 👍
