Well, I have news for you, you are not. C25K is about endurance, not pace.
Look at it this way. Mo Farah may run a marathon in 2 hours giving it 100% yet the person at the rear has run the same distance in 8 hours also giving it 100%.Who is working the hardest?
C25K is just the same, there is no such thing as a slow runner. We run at a different pace but still give the same effort, if not more. Where you are in the program is irrelevant. You are out there. You are doing it. Give yourself credit, you are faster than those still on the couch.
So keep running but not too fast and enjoy it.

I love this... and when I think about it further... Mo is getting paid to be there, it makes sense to go quick, get it done and go home with the money... we mere mortals are paying to be there, so it makes sense to enjoy ourselves and run more comfortably. That way we both get value for money!
Thank you, thank you, thank you........ creeping along while nagging myself to keep going today on w4r3. Managed to do it, but hurty and discouraged, so needed some chivvying. Thanks again
Mo is a very efficient runner. Folks like me are inefficient, so use more energy to cover the same distance. That makes us far far better at burning off the calories.
