Depends when and for how long they burn and how painful it is ...
But generally speaking, make sure you warm up well before the run (maybe some dynamic stretches as well as the warm up walk), make sure you are wearing proper running trainers for the run, stretch well as soon as you get home. You could also try using a foam roller (or even just a tennis ball) to ease out any tight spots or tight muscles. Take a look over on the Strength & Flex forum for stretching ideas. Good luck, hope it eases with some tlc because it's not something you should have to put up with🤞
