Well done! My top is find a pace that suits you and don't be discouraged if others are faster, slow and steady 🙌 also for me I tried to not miss a run day, no matter the weather and this helped me not give up x

Great stuff. Keep the pace down, especially when the duration goes up, and while it may stay challenging it will get a little easier each run. You’ve beaten the toughest week... you’ve gone from 0 to a cardio workout of 28:30 in one go... and you’ve done it 3 times... because you’re amazing. Week 2 takes that to 30:30, so not much of a step up for your body. Tell yourself you can go this, do every run nice and slowly, refuse to stop if it gets hard... then in the walk, take a few moments to be damn proud of yourself!
