I’m doing my week 1 run 1 today. Been procrastinating. Or weeks. Got my new AirPods and a free train vest for my phone. Any tips have people managed without water as it’s only 30 minutes? 😭

Morning!! I’ve made it to week 8 and I don’t take water with me. Way I see it is it’s only 30mins and I can manage that long without a drink. I do have a good long drink when I get back though- and always do the stretch down routine. That’s a must to prevent sore muscles. . Enjoy your new hobby!!!!!

I take one of those wee runners water bottles but really don't drink much of it. The weather was hot when I started and I poured most of it over me!

I tried with water just got in the way

On wk8 runs it got a bit hot so did take a small bottle 🍼

Well done! Enjoy it. I get a lot of support and advice from this group so keep posting. I don't take water but sip water constantly for the hour before I go out, stopping about 15 minutes beforehand so I don't get the sloshing in my tummy. You'll find what works for you. Hope you have a good w1r2 👍
