Just under two weeks ago was my 40th and after 4 months of dieting and a weight loss of over 4 and a half stone I rewarded myself with excessive junk food and booze. Since then I’ve missed 3 runs out of 4 and gained some weight.
Woke up today and decided I need to get back on track with my healthy eating, drinking and most importantly get out for my Tuesday run.
Today’s run was tough but I ran none stop for 28 minutes and I feel great for having finished it! Onto Thursday now for run 2 💪

Well done!! It's all about perseverance, I graduated 3 years ago but life got in the way. So now I'm back on C25K and should also graduate next week 😁 Good luck with your next run, not long to go! 👍💪👣👣
Great job! We are allowed birthdays and excesses that come with them... we’re even allowed little slips in our routine... so long as we get back on it pretty soon and continue to be awesome. Tough run today, but you did it... you’re tougher than that run and it’s time to close this plan out... enjoy every run.
Good for you WirralPhil ...something, somewhere in your head has been secretly nagging away and now you're back on it and that can only mean good news...and the best place to admit this is on here!!! You've told us all now so we will be watching for regular updates...and more importantly your graduation post!!! The elves will be polishing your badge as we speak...good luck on your last few runs 😉
