Feeling so chuffed that I managed 28 minutes this morning. Although, it was so early that I think I actually had my eyes closed for some of the warm up π΄. Itβs also the first time since run 1 that my legs are still reminding me of my achievement hours later! I even made it as far as the next village - whoop whoop ππΌ ππΌ
Strava is telling me I was 0.2km short of the distance I did W7R2 (the last time I did this route), but I definitely went further - Mapometer measures it as an extra 0.48km. Whatβs that about? Any clues regular Strava users? I always start recording as I step out the door and stop when I get home.
