Just back from week 5 run 2, really surprised me won’t say it was easy, but had enough left to speed up in the last minute of the second 8 minute section.
Probably should have thought the route out better, ran one of the circular walks I occasionally do, rough tracks, styles and kissing gates don’t even register in walking boots, but have a whole new angle when you are trying to run them!
Part of the run was down a farm track (public footpath) where the sheep where obviously worried by a puffing over weight middle age bloke shuffling towards them 😂
