Just completed W6R3, 25 minutes non stop running. Went well. Didn’t miss the intervals. Feeling great! Michael Johnson tells me I’m now officially a runner! That’s good enough for me! Looking forward to Week 7. Good luck for your next run, everyone!

Yes that's a real milestone, and you can go into week 7 knowing that you can do 25 minutes running. I don't miss the intervals either and now I am looking forward to my next run
Hey Buzzybeeze. I’m in the same place as you..... W6R3 was the first time I didn’t feel like I was going to die at the end :). And I sped up for the last 60secs (even added a sneaky 20secs sprint!). But I’m paying for it now - my knees are really painful, my calves ache and I’m walking like a toddler!
