WK 4 completed!

The horror of week 5 awaits! Gosh it was cold this morning - my nose hurt with the pain of the cold - but by the end I'd forgotten all about it. And so slippy - almost walking pace and I had to go on the grass bank, but I did keep 'running' so excited about week 5. This programme is just so amazing - how am I managing it?! Happy running everyone.

It's incredible isn't it?! I have no idea why I'm enjoying this so much but I am! Well done for getting out there in the cold today and for completing week 4. I did W5R2 today and didn't really pay attention to what Laura was saying at the beginning (faffing with my music again!) so I thought I was only supposed to be doing a 5 minute run when it was actually an 8 minute run! Do you know what? It was great and on the second repeat I even felt confident enough to up the pace a little towards the end! I would never have believed I could do it. I've got the biggie next, but I can't wait. Enjoy the rest of the weekend and good luck next week - keep us posted!

week 5 is not so scary, take each run as it comes and keep listening to laura and you will most certainly do it.

You are managing it because you can do this and you have listened to Laura. Good luck with week 5

Massive Well done to you, you can do it . Keep going , youre going great guns :-D xxx

I can see you are going to be AN ADDICT ! You are managing it because you are doing something for YOU to improve YOUR health and if you do what Laura says you will definitely succeed in graduating. W5 is great, the sense of achievement is quite amazing. Enjoy.

Congratulations on completion of week four. I'm in the same boat just finished run 3 week 4 however running on a treadmill so my nose is nice and warm. I'm apprehensive about week five but will stick at it.
