I woke this morning excited to do a run, I couldn’t believe it. The wind was blowing and I did my first W9 run . Eight weeks ago I hated it and couldn’t run for a minute. Just completed 30 minutes and 4km so not the fastest. Love the sense of achievement, and feeling chuffed. Whether I feel like this for the next run, who knows.
