Excited for tomorrow’s run

I’m only on week 1 (tomorrow will be run 3) but I’m getting the urge to go and do it tonight.

I’m stopping myself and keeping a day in between runs, but run 2 was amazing and really ready to blow the doors off run 3!!

Great to hear but yes, it's vital to take at least a day off between runs otherwise you run the risk of injuring yourself and then it's back to W1R1 :(

Well done on joining the running journey. Very soon you will be in running shops and buying running clothing and running magazines. Enjoy your rest days and the buzz from the run days. .Good luck with the rest of the plan x

Good job Dan and good restraint... take on any non impact workouts and exercise you can on rest days, I do a workout of some type daily and walk a lot. I have the occasional complete off day too.

Cheers all - I didn’t think I would be this excited to run.

I’m sure the (good) nerves will get at me when I start moving onwards through the weeks !

I did W1R3 yesterday and can’t wait to go the gym again tomorrow to go again - they’re words I never thought I’d be saying about myself!! 😂

Must have a day off between runs for at least 6 months 👌🏽
