Good luck to you for your run on Monday, you ran run 3 of week 5 without any problems whatsoever, run 3 of week 6 is only 5 minutes longer, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself again AND you will be officially a runner 🏃🏾
Hello! I’m only on week 7, so just a run or two ahead of you. What’s helped me so far with the longer runs has been going steadily and slowing down a notch if I felt I was starting to struggle, drinking lots beforehand and picking some great music to distract myself with. You can do it and the feeling accomplishment at the end of that run will be amazing! Good luck

I completed this run on Friday, take it slow dont push yourself at the beginning, try to get to a comfortable steady pace then concentrate on your breathing and your music and before you know it you will hear that you only have 60 seconds left. You can do it, good luck

Comments on my post really helped. I did it! Now looking forward to the challenge of W7. If I can get this far......
