So, eight months ago today I suffered a heart attack and ten days later had triple bypass surgery. Yesterday I completed week 5, run 3 and will start week 6 tomorrow. I never would have thought this possible but am going to keep going and do my best to finish the programme.

Wow! That’s incredible! I too had a health scare having had a Pulmonary Embolism. It gives you a bit of a different perspective on life doesn’t it 😬. Happy running! 👍🏃🏻‍♂️😎
