finished couch to 5k couple wks ago done couple consolidation runs but frustrated now keep having to stop with a sore ankle never had injury all time I done the training aswell

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your ankles. Two things come to mind: what are running shoes like? Are they giving you enough support or would you benefit from gait analysis and a new pair of shoes? Not so easy to pop out and do this at the moment, I know!

The other thing is strength and flexibility - often an area we need to work on as our running progress.

You could have a look at the Strength and Flexibilty forum where there will be lots of ideas and I think there is a link to the NHS Strength and flexibility podscasts. Link below.
