Well done you. Been away for 2 weeks +
Tried to run on holiday but not successful . Managed about a mile but 31 degrees and humid. Done better at home but as had a week no proper running 25 mins first run, today blooming ap went crazy, felt it was a really good run but it told me did a mile in 14 mins. I know I ran for 35mins.
Are you going for more than 5k.
Hi Runningroni great to hear from you, thank you and hope your holiday was good! I'm trying not to get hung up on distance -or speed for that matter as since Graduation I've noticed how sloooooowly I must have been going. Currently repeating W9 30minute runs for as long as necessary - finding it a real struggle to break through that mental barrier again - and have given in to the gremlins a couple of times now π« Still wondering how long it will be until I actually enjoy running π€
