Give that woman a tissue for goodness sake 🀧

Well, after being laid up for a week with a terrible cold, after only just starting week 1, I was itching to start week 2. I thought having been 10 days since I'd finished W1, I'd have to start again. However, I've just done my first W2 run and managed it magnificently (well that might be over egging it a tad but I wobbled along for my 90 secs runs). Hint to self...take a tissue next time. Not only was there a fat red faced woman wobbling along but the runny nose didn't really add to my street cred (I have no street cred really). Feeling a tiny bit smug/pleased with myself 😁

Welcome to the runny nosed runners club Badcrumble! I measure my runs in counts of tissues I've used ;-) even when I don't have a cold... More seriously, well done for getting on with the programme despite the cold and your cold! Keep enjoying yourself.

Fantastic- huge well done!

I have discovered recently- also smitten with a heavy cold - that synchronised run+ nose blowing is an achievement in itself - not to mention getting the tissues out of your pocket without upsetting Laura and accidentally switching her off! πŸ˜„
