Finished week 2 today. Still found it tough. Looks like quite a jump to week 3.
I need to hear loads of people say how surprisingly easy it is! Lol.

I just finished week 3 and I really surprised myself. I wouldn’t say it’s easy but it’s definitely manageable if that makes sense. Good luck
Myself and my partner just finished wk 3 and actually we found it easier than wk 2 maybe you will too 😀
I did actually find it much easier than I expected... the total workout time is quite a bit shorter so I found that it went very quickly and was over before I knew it. Each week seems like a bit of a leap at the time, but as everybody says, the programme does work, just take it nice and slowly. Good luck!
I did think that, the running time overall is about the same.
You'll be fine! C25K is more of a mental challenge than a physical one - your body is capable of much more than you think.
Here's 2 mantras for you to bear in mind:
- every run prepares you for the next one (so Week 1 and Week 2 have prepared your for Week 3)
- the body is ready but the mind less so (as your post illustrates)
Week 3 sees you out on your feet for the shortest amount of time in the whole program.
As for the running bits, each Week 1 outing is a total of 8 minutes, Week 2 is 9 minutes, while Week 3 is also 9 minutes.
Hope that helps - you don't need 'good luck' - just the right attitude!
