From an absolute non runner, I have just finished week 4. Something in week 1 I never thought possible. I’m overweight and over 50 (56) and I run/jog slower than most snails😁, but one step at a time, I even managed to pick up the pace a little today, probably because it’s much cooler. Even my daughter has started the programme now😊
