So I completed week 6 run 1 on Wednesday and was due to do next run tonight BUT Sod’s law has kicked in, my back and sciatic nerve are playing up so I have been prescribed painkillers for it. Obviously do not feel up to walking let alone running, so a bit sad as don’t want my hard work to be wasted. Question is depending on how long I am having to rest, should I just continue where I left off??

Having had a trapped sciatic nerve..( not running related), wait until it really eases...then head out for a trial jogette...that will tell you where to go..it is about two weeks before we lose fitness x
I do have a link for some excellent exercises which gave me the first good night's sleep in weeks..if you want them, just send me a personal message 🙂
Thank you. Yes I will pop you a message. Mine is also unrelated to running but just as annoying and painful x
