Decided that after running on the treadmill for most of my C25K journey so far, it was finally time to take to the outdoors! The freedom I felt during this run was lovely and what a difference the scenery makes to your mindset! (We won’t mention the rain and hail I had to endure along the way...)
I definitely ran slower than during my 20 minutes last week on the treadmill but it made the run so much more enjoyable so I’m not bothered in the slightest! (I even used Strava for the first time!)
Really looking forward to next week now and I can’t believe I can now run for 25 minutes nonstop ahhh.
