Week 2 Run 3

I really didn't feel like this run this morning, I could have put it off until tomorrow but I wanted to do it.

Reason I didn't feel like it was I'd been awake off and on through-out the night.

I jumped on the treadmill with the rain pounding on the roof of the conservatory and off I went.

With being tired I alternated the pace between my usual slow pace and the quicker pace I've run the other 5 runs at.

I felt heavy and lethargic as I plodded along but I got on with it. Heartrate was recovering brilliantly on the walks and due to alternating the pace it remained lower overall through out the entire run.

I'll sleep tonight, it's now shower time before I start work.

Happy running everyone.

Amazing! Well done for doing the run even though you didn't feel like it, it's difficult to do that sometimes, we've all been there!
