Well done ! I completed week 7 run 1 today and although it was hard, I got to the end. Like you I am amazed that I am able to run for 25 mins - we are amazing !

Should I start strava from warm up or from starting run? 🤔

Now that the runs are continuous with no walking breaks I think it's most meaningful to record only the running part
