Just finished wk5r2 and I feel amazing. I have never run for that long in my life. And I didn’t even need to use my inhaler once I am so proud of myself and how far I have come in 5wks I didn’t even feel out of breath at the end and felt like I could have run further. I was nervous about the 3rd run for 20mins but now I’m exited 🙌🏽
Need a bit of advice though- I’m getting a bad pain in the side of my left leg not really bad when I’m running more when I walk?? Anyone know what this is or how to help it??
Anyway absolutely delighted with what I achieved today 🏃🏽♀️🙌🏽❤️

Well done! Got mine this eve.. eeek! Not sure about the leg pain, for me the aches and pains have felt much better after doing more stretches and strengthening exercises? Hope it eases after your rest day 😊
Yeah did it! Although the last 2 or 3 minutes felt like a lifetime - thinking maybe ate too much tea!! 🤢 Gonna try the 20 min one first thing tom but maybe have a banana or something first, otherwise think I might keep over 😂 how you feeling about the next one?
Yea I'm a nightmare for not drinking enough, I have been trying but feel waterlogged! 😂 Got a niggly, slightly sore ankle this eve but thinking I'll still try and aim for tomorrow morning, it's hard to know what's just an ache and what to be more careful with. Good luck for tomorrow morning! I'm still trying to figure out my route with minimal hills and styles to climb over!
