Week 3 run 2 done ✅

Was tough today, my lower leg at the back of my ankles really starting shouting at me towards the end but kept going. If anything it was more motivation as I know it’s probably down to all the weight I’m carrying 🙈

Still onwards and upwards, one more run this week then on to week 4 and the 5min runs 😱

Well done on completing W3 R2. Maybe try two days rest between runs if it is still hurting tomorrow

Yeh legs they do that don't they especially but not exclusively in the early stages as they get stronger and as we find our running self
