Hello! I'm currently doing Couch to 5K and trying to be honest with my food diary on My Fitness Pal in an effort to see what I am eating and how to make changes and lose weight. (Ditching the wine would be good but hard to let go!) Does anyone know of a good website where you can find the calorie content of a good range of food so I know what I am logging in is right? x

Thank you. I am looking for ticked foods that I think are verified? Today I was looking for oven roasted courgette and red pepper. I think I found items that were close enough! :)

But ditching the wine would make all the difference. Hard but sadly true. ☹️ 🍷 .

Trying to only a have a glass or three at weekends only. Seems to be helping and also curbing the appetite.

Mind you, trying to consume 3l of water a day, I don’t have room for wine! 😄.

That is my aim, to stick to the weekends! It doesn't seem to have worked so far though. I don't drink enough water - that will be my plan, today... up my intake! :)
