Hello! I'm currently doing Couch to 5K and trying to be honest with my food diary on My Fitness Pal in an effort to see what I am eating and how to make changes and lose weight. (Ditching the wine would be good but hard to let go!) Does anyone know of a good website where you can find the calorie content of a good range of food so I know what I am logging in is right? x

Trying to only a have a glass or three at weekends only. Seems to be helping and also curbing the appetite.
Mind you, trying to consume 3l of water a day, I don’t have room for wine! 😄.
