Calorie intake..

Evening all!

OK, my calorie intake has been worked out as 2,300 a day, but I struggle to reach that, I'm not a massive eater, before starting the c35k I'd have easily done it because I was eating all the wrong foods, crisps, chocolate, too much bread, processed foods etc... now that I'm eating properly, and cut out all the crap, I'm not reaching my total calories for the day, I'm not feeling hungry so don't want to eat just to up my calorie intake... I'm a good 600 cals short...

I think you all may say that I need to eat to lose weight, and that I don't have to cut it all out, but my will power for chocolate and crisps and bread is zero, so if I was to have a small "treat" it would be the whole lot lol.. so I have to just not eat it.

So my question is this... should I eat just to hit my target? And if so.. what would you suggest??

Thanks

Lizzie xx

Lol... yes I'm overweight.. I'm 17st 13lb and 6ft tall... so looking at me I only look a bit bigger.. working it out my actual weight should be around 12 stone ... that's NOT gunna happen, i'll look ill! My aim is 15 stone... which is doable... I've done it before... yo yo diet.. didn't work...

If you are eating good real food, and not hungry on fewer calories, just forget the calories and enjoy it!
