Hi everyone,

Fifteen weeks ago I weighed 20 stone.

I have been dieting and walking since then and now weigh 18 stone.

In 191 days I will be 60 years old.

My intention is to be healthy slim and fit by then.

Three weeks ago I started the Couch to 5k.

I am enjoying the runs and tomorrow morning I will be doing the first run of week 4.

I have been reading some of the posts and I think that this site is wonderful.

Good luck to everybody attempting the Couch to 5k.
