Brilliant. I take it you have heard or read of the toxic 10? It's so common to feel sluggish and stiff and out of breath for the first 10 minutes. Your body is suddenly working much harder and it takes time for it to adjust it's systems to provide the oxygen required for all that extra effort. After 10 minutes your system is running more efficiently and you find your rhythm. A burst of speed at the end is a sure sign that you will be ready for the next step in the program. Not long now - you've got this!
