W9Run1 completed. Never thought I would make it. It was my 60th birthday yesterday so good to graduate this week. I'm not running 5K - 3.85 according to my Nike Run app. Should I continue extending my time by a couple of minutes each week until I reach 5K or just try and speed up? I want to enter the various 5K challenges that will hopefully be coming back some time.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

With the NHS C25k plan the graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

...........so you have two more runs to do before graduation.

Yes, I realise that. Just wondering about the best way forward when I've completed those

When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.

If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
