W2 R2 - stopping 🥺

I’m shocked and pleasantly Surprised I’ve got this far, thought I would have gave up by now. The problem is I need to stop and pause every so often as gets a little too much. Anyone else feel like this

It is difficult in the heat at the moment so try and go out early or in the evening when it’s cooler. My advice is to run at a slow comfortable conversation pace. Think 🐌🐌🐌

If you cannot complete the run without stopping, just repeat it again next time . It doesn’t matter how long it takes to get to W9.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started,

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

You do need to complete every session fully before moving on.........it is a training plan to build stamina, not a tick box exercise, but make sure you can speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run.........if you cannot, you are going too fast.

I try not to stop, I just am really slow, juffling along it has been referred to, it doesn't matter how slow as long as you keep moving, you are off the couch and outside trying good on you
