Feeling slightly guilty a very unhealthy weekend (lots of family birthdays aka lots of cake!!) I completed week 3 run 2 this morning - was very hot but proud of myself for completing it - any tips for this stage in the programme? Thanks all! 😌

If you enjoyed the cake then don’t feel guilty, can’t turn back the clock. Well done for getting to Week 3 and just keep going, remember it’s a journey not a race. Good luck and stay safe
