I have always said that I like walking but hate running. Today I jogged for 8 mins twice, something I have never been able to do before. I don't know if I can say I like running yet, but it is at least bearable and I am enjoying the sense of achievement and feel my fitness is gradually improving. The programme really does work.
I plan to keep going. To everyone else, you can do it.
