I’ve run three times. First was 20 minutes just to enjoy myself! Second was with the app and did W9 30 minute run at a slow pace that helped me to graduation. Third run was 20 minutes at a faster pace (knocked a minute off pace) and final 10 minutes back to my snail.
No idea if I doing this right. I’d like to eventually run for longer than 30 minutes over time. Not so bothered about pace. At the moment I do around 4.5 k in 30 minutes.
But having fun and finding my early runs a good start to the day!

Hi, I did my first consolidation run this morning. I used the nike app guided run 22 mins and loved it!! Very upbeat and inspirational. They have a lot of guided runs so going to try some more. A bit like Laura from c25k on steroids 😂😂😂 The time flew by!! I am going to do 20/30/35 ( my 5k pace) each week for maybe 3 weeks then start to extend the runs. Over on bridge to 10k forum a lot of them do a virtual park run in a Saturday so that’s what I will do with my 35 min run. It’s exciting isn’t it!!!
Nike is fun!! Its Digme virtual run. On global running day. They also do one on saturday morning. lots of chat, music, motivation for a 45 minute run, walk, all levels. Sounds fun and different. Trying to mix it up a bit!
