Yesterday I ran the first run in week 9. My progress has slowed again after a flare up of a medical issue - I'm expecting to be in soon for a minor op, nothing serious but definitely annoying.
So it had been about 9 days since the last run... I've tried to walk most days, but had a couple of days when even that was lnt happening.
I took it super slow and was prepared to cut back to 20 mins, but felt good to be out again and surprised myself by making 30. Not sure if I'll graduate this week or not - it seems less important than just to get out when I feel I can at the moment than to push too much.
I hope everyone else is doing well and coping in the heat - which feels extreme for Scotland!
I'm thinking of getting one a water bottle I can run with - any suggestions??
