So just done W2R2. Strava said it was a bit slower (9.59 vs 10.42 km/h) and I ran less far (2.83vs2.74km). Which I guess is good huh ππππππ π€£.
My back is starting to ache. Being so careful about not heel striking. Any ideas?

Stop looking at distance and pace. Youβve only just started. Obviously the longer the runs, the slower the pace will have to be. Slow down more as you progress!
Well done. I canβt see your run on Strava but you are definitely doing well. Snail trail is the way to go. Iβve not made it below 10.00 yet so well done. Onwards to r3 !! ππββοΈ
