Run 2 week 5 complete. Two 8 minute runs = 16 mins, so to prepare for run 3 that’s 4 mins longer no break.... yep I can do it. Feels good had a slight incline on the second run, kept a steady pace, tough but did it. I’m so pleased I started C25K as it helps someone telling what to do and I can focus on each phase of that run and not worry what people think around you and of course you have to be aware of the social distancing.

Well done! I did this run today and managed to pause the app half way through, silly me!! Anyway, I had a 9 min break instead of the 5 but managed the 2 x 8 mins without stopping nevertheless so will move on to R3. Let me know how you do! 🀞🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼
