I’m currently on week 8 and starting to think about how I’ll keep my interest up and keep making progress once I graduate.
I’ve decided I really want to build in one session per week of interval runs as I found it so beneficial in the early weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions of good programmes for relative beginners? I know it’s easy to push too hard on interval training so I want to make sure I’m pitching it right.
I saw Zombies, Run has some interval episodes. Has anyone tried the Zombies app and what did they think?
I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions. I have downloaded the zombies, run app although I haven't used it yet. I remember there were a few people on the forum when I first did C25K who were really into it. If nothing else, it should keep you entertained! 😄 I've only just finished w6 so I still have a few weeks left but I think I will give it a go after graduation, maybe mix it up with longer runs to build up speed and stamina 💪
