First run of week 7 completed crikey it was a slog but I kept running round the field until Laura told me I could stop. I mostly didn’t listen to anything but the birds and stick the ear buds in at each lap round until mid lap 4 when I know my time will soon be up. I had a massive rush of the endolphins at end of week 6 alas they are swimming in a different sea today! Now to go sit at my desk for 8 hours.
